A Full Interior Repaint for a Beautiful Seattle Home

“Paint is the best way to improve a property before it goes on the market…”
That’s what the listing agent told us when we began our work in this stunning Seattle home, and we couldn’t agree more. It’s an efficient, cost-effective way to refresh every surface, giving worn, dated elements an enticing new look.
The pictures are going to tell most of the story, as they should, but we wanted to share a few extra details in case interior painting is on your own wish list. So, take a look, and then be sure to keep scrolling.
Our Favorite Painting Transformations
What Kind of Paint Did We Use?
We chose Sherwin-Williams’ SuperPaint, a high-quality product that offers several key benefits. As a combination paint and primer, it goes on quickly and provides excellent coverage. This is particularly helpful with drastic color changes that would normally require extra coats.
This superb “hide” capability also makes it ideal for surfaces with minor blemishes or imperfections. We patch, repair, and sand during our prep stage, but a forgiving product is still helpful when you aren’t dealing with brand new walls.
Over 9 days our crew painted two coats on all the walls and ceilings, using a velvet sheen for the walls and flat for the ceilings. What a difference!
