I called for an estimate. The woman told me that their prices are among the higher in the area, and wanted to state that up front before scheduling. I told her we were more interested in a high quality, detail oriented job, and that price was not the only factor. Rich came and did a careful assessment, including collecting paint chips to test for lead (negative). He told me they have a 100% satisfaction record. There was a few days delay to get the estimate, but after that, things went very smoothly and quickly. They require approval of the paint colors in writing, which is pa good policy, but we were kept the same colors. The crew was careful, professional, and cleaned up well. Caitlin checked in in person, and was available by email. We trusted them to paint while we were away on vacation. They did two coats in a week. We paid separately to do some carpentry--replacement of rotted wood railing. Again, this was done very professionally, and we are happy with the results. We would hire them again.

I needed a ceiling skim coated to cover thick 70's texturing. It's a horrible job. I know because I've done it in other parts of the house. They gave me a terrific estimate much less than other places.

Rich was very friendly and nice and listened to my concerns about my rescue birds and the sanding.

They came when they said they would and the person doing the actual work was Nain and he was so conscientious. He was very worried about not getting it perfect because of trying to keep the sanding to a minimum. I was the one that had to say it was done. He would have kept at it. It was a hard job to cover that texturing without sanding!

The ceiling looks great, the birds are healthy, they were friendly, they threw in the priming for no extra cost, and the estimate was exactly the final price.

Working with Rich and All Covered Painting was a terrific experience! I had them come in and paint virtually the entire interior of my home BEFORE I had a major kitchen remodel. Then, afterwards, I had them come out to paint my bathroom cabinets and complete some misc odd jobs. These guys are professional with a capitol P. At one point, I had expressed concern that the project was not completely finished---Rich made sure the entire project was completed, even though I know he had to move around schedules. I had basically my entire interior remodeled, and Rich and All Covered were an integral part of the project. I highly recommend them. They get the job done, and they do it well.

We used All Covered Painting to repaint our 6700 SF homes interior. It was a very big job with a lot of moulding and cabinetry. Rich and his entire crew were outstanding. They not only did a meticulous job, but the entire crew was respectful, clean, dependable and very detail oriented. Communication was consistent and always easy. I'm happy with the work they did on our place. We have a lot of wood cedar siding on our place and it had gotten pretty dull and dark from the water and sun. Rich came over and gave us estimates. Restoring it to the natural wood with transparent stain would be very expensive, so I appreciate that he gave us different types of stains options and explained it very clearly. We went with a semi-solid stain, even though you lose the natural wood look, but it lasts longer and costs a lot less. He sent us to the paint shops to look for colors and then he came over again and showed us what the stain wood look like on real wood. This helped a lot since we were hesitant about going with semi-solid. Their work is dependent on dry days so we were super patient and flexible. We were happy with the end result. There was a couple things that needed to be touched up, but they took care of it and that matters a lot. About 6 mths after we noticed an issue and they still came back out and fixed it entirely because they guarantee their work. Rich was always very responsive and kind to us.

Every time I look at the job that All Covered did, I am delighted! Our old house was a real challenge and All Covered skilled painters made it look like new. The extensive prep work they did contributed to the great results. It was almost like a refinishing job! I had attempted to work on two sides of the house already so I knew how challenging the job was. All covered completely painted two sides of the house plus several other areas that were in hard to reach places. The crew came every day at 8am on the dot and worked hard with great attention to every detail. It was a pleasure to work with this super staff, I especially appreciated Jashua and Alex. They really made sure that the job was top quality and patiently delt with the requests and questions that my husband asked. We have combed shingles and they required careful and time-consuming prep.I will definitely call on All Covered Painting in the future. They took on the challenge of my old farmhouse and the results are excellent!

I've had All Covered do everything from exterior cedar shingle replacement, to exterior/interior paining and drywall repair. Their estimates are accurate, scheduling timely and the owner/manager (Rich) is very prompt and reasonable. I believe you're getting good quality for good value - something that's hard to find these days! Highly recommended.

And, if I've ever had feedback, they promptly address the issue without hassle over extra costs.
