VP & Sales Manager

Rich is our Sales Manager, and also co-founder of All Covered Painting. His experience reaches back to 2001, when he started in the industry as a franchise manager for a company that hires college students to paint homes (he heartily advises against using one of those companies, by the way!). In March of 2011, he founded All Covered with the help of a close, long-time friend.

Our company has grown by leaps and bounds since then, and Rich said he particularly loves offering real, high-paying career opportunities for our team members. Equally as much, he enjoys the gratifying process of adding beauty and value to local homes and businesses in Seattle, all while surpassing client expectations.

Rich is supported by his wife Bevan and daughter Elsa, and enjoys spending weekends together as a family. You might catch them camping, or else seeing live music whenever a good opportunity comes up.
